What does a first session with you look like?
My main goal is to give my clients a safe space to grow. My hope is that after our first session, you will begin to find manageable solutions to unmanageable life circumstances.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The nature of my therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, meaning I use various techniques and strategies in counseling. This means I take into account the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of the client; while at the same time, allowing the client to take the lead in therapy.
