The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. I bring empathy and compassion to all of my conversations in order to provided the approach that will best fit the needs of each person I see.

Heuses a combination of cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, strengths-based, family systems, and solution-focused therapy interventions to provide a relaxed, creative, collaborative, and individualized approach to treatment.
