Working with me is an open dialog of communication where we get to exchange important chapters and footnotes of your life that navigate us to your identified goal of coming to therapy. Expect me to submerge in understanding the language of your life. Words are expressive so I do not like to assume, I will ask for clarity to ensure understanding. While intake is typically a great starting space for me to learn, it is also vital to ensure the mental security of our plans, building understanding to ensure you have the facts of our journey that will be used as the guide throughout the therapy process. So, please ask me questions, as I will ask you.

I love to support a person-centered approach that warrants you as the lead of this journey. Initially, I like engaging a few assessment tools to establish a general well-being snapshot that identifies your stress levels by focusing on anxiety and depressive symptoms that can trend into some of the presenting situation(s) that led you to therapy. We'll engage those same assessment tools along the way to identify growth along the journey as I also love winning moments, especially the small wins that build into the bigger noticeable ah-ha moments.
