What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use a combination of therapy modalities to help you feel better. For example, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist in negative thinking patterns, person-centered therapy to connect with you and help you understand your strengths (which we will enhance. Interwoven in each modality is a focus on self-compassion.

What does a first session with you look like?

I'm here for you. I'm ready to walk with you on your journey. We live in difficult times right now, and this can greatly affect our overall well-being, especially mental health.
