What does a first session with you look like?
After the first session we will start to actively work on your mental health goals. My style includes focused therapy which is geared towards working on therapy goals during our sessions and the client follows instructions to work on mental health goals in between sessions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I will provide support to those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, couples, relationship issues, and more. I will use CBT, Culturally Sensitive, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Person-Centered.
