What does a first session with you look like?
Every now and then we come to a point where we can’t bounce back from the obstacle that life has thrown at us. We can work together to overcome anything. I’ve always wanted to be in a role where I can provide support and be that person that I needed as a child. As your therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space where you can explore your feelings and develop insight into whatever problem or obstacle you are facing. I have ample experience in treating a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, interpersonal issues and anger management.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use my experience in the following areas to address, provide, and educate individuals in: psycho education, behavior management techniques, healthy communication tools, healthy coping skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Match-ADTC.
