What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy and often seeks training in other modalities. My therapeutic orientation is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered, Play Therapy and Sand Tray. I am also trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Prepare and Enrich (premarital and marriage assessment).
