What does a first session with you look like?
As a result of supportive and therapeutic conditions, clients would have an improved understanding of their emotions and learn new coping skills to help manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. At the end of the session, the client will also learn to increase their self-esteem and learn long-lasting skills for self-improvement and acceptance.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The use of cognitive behavioral therapy and medication management. CBT would help change negative thoughts to positive thoughts, while medication management helps manage specific symptoms of different mental health disorders.
