What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Anita Morrow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. Anita uses assessments and conversation to explore how situations affect both mind and body with the desire to improve overall health. Together you and Anita will explore how to use your current strengths to help you overcome and recover from mental health challenges while using your current supports to build new strengths. Outside of work, Anita enjoys travel and dance. She enjoys travel because it gives her a good opportunity to learn about other people and places. She likes to learn about individual traditions, customs, and cultures to expand her worldview. Also, dance movement is an ongoing reminder she is alive and helps her to appreciate the ability to have movement of limbs.
