What does a first session with you look like?

I believe that one of the most important aspects of the therapy process for me as a person and a psychotherapist is to help foster a feeling of mutual respect, trust, openness and safety in the client - therapist relationship. My approach to therapy is based on deep gratitude for having the privilege of sharing in other's lives, emotional wounds, successes and healing. I do this by allowing my clients' the space to find and be their authentic selves. Offering them unconditional regard, acceptance and hope when they need it the most. We do this together in therapy allowing for the release of tears, fears, and at times laughter. Life presents many challenges and there are many roads to take. It is my desire, to help you find the right road and learn new skills.
