What does a first session with you look like?
Your first session will include a discussion of your history, challenges and what you would like to accomplish through therapy. In addition, you will be given homework to complete in between sessions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The techniques I utilize are individually based and determined during the process of therapy. I am a solution-based therapist and do typically assign homework as a means to hasten the therapeutic process. I believe your most beneficial work will be done outside of therapy rather than during the hour we have together.
