What does a first session with you look like?
After our sessions, you will begin to feel empowered, hopeful and relieved!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach coping skills to process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. During sessions, I will teach grounding and focus exercises. I use a light humorous approach at times during psychotherapy sessions.
