What does a first session with you look like?

You can expect to an empathetic and supportive Advocate. In each session we will explore how to deal effectively with life’s challenges, depression, trauma, and existential issues. Hopefully you leave each session feeling more energized and motivated to continue your journey of healing.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques such as trauma informed therapy, mindfulness therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, just to name a few. The most important element of change is the therapeutic relationship.
