What does a first session with you look like?
You take away from our sessions what you take in. Please take notes and ask questions. You bring your courage whenever you contact a clinician and I want you to know that. Therapy is a healing process at best and if not it should at least lead you to other resources where healing can be accessed.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Rational Emotive Behavior, Choice Theory, Trauma Conversion and other tools/methods.
