What does a first session with you look like?
In therapy I like to implement an integrative approach where clients are provided a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where we will work together to identify problems, develop goals, and healthy interventions in having a successful life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The treatment methods that I utilize in therapy are based upon each individual clients needs and identified goals in therapy. These are the primary approaches clients can expect to be utilized in the therapy space: Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
