What does a first session with you look like?
The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQIA+ and Trauma / PTSD.
What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
As a queer identified nonbinary person of color, I understand the importance and unique issue of identity exploration and intersectionality.
