What does a first session with you look like?
My main goal is to listen, understand, and mainly empower you. I offer a very relaxed atmosphere and approach to therapy, making you feel like you're being heard and understood. Our sessions will help you walk away feeling like you understand yourself and your life in a way you may not have seen before.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have experience using Psychodynamic, Cognotive Behavioral and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. The direction we take varies from person to person. We can discuss what you’re looking to accomplish and choose a more specific direction together.
