What does a first session with you look like?
Come to me if you feel like you’re not where you want to be in life, if you feel like no one understands you, or like you might not even understand yourself. If you have goals that you’re frustrated you’re not reaching, or if you’re not even sure what your goals are and you just know that you’re not happy with your life, I’ll help you figure it all out one step at a time.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am an integrative therapist who draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness/ meditation, motivational interviewing and positive psychology, using a patient centered empowerment model and an inclusive feminist lens. I earned a B.A. in Psychology from University of California Santa Cruz and M.A. of Clinical Counseling at Palo Alto University.
