What does a first session with you look like?
The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems.
What should we know about your experiences and background?
Arianne Eichas is a Resident in Counseling who has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families within the Department of Human Services, intensive in-home therapy, and residential facilities. Additionally, as a Master Level Clinician, Arianne has provided individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. Arianne completed both her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Services and her Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University. Sheutilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help treat individuals and to meet their specific needs and interests. Arianne understands the complexities of mental health and utilizes a person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused approach to help individuals reach their maximum potential. Arianne seeks to establish a trusting relationship with each individual and to provide you with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to achieve your goals and to help with your overall mental health care. She is committed to helping her clients learn, change, and grow! Arianne is passionate about helping her clients live a life worth living!
