What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect to leave feeling heard, safe, and understood. nTherapy can be hard and intense at times but I'm so proud you're willing to make the first step.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an eclectic approach and take a little bit from everywhere, but I mostly use reality based techniques which allows clients to feel the feelings but make a decision of how we can best navigate those feelings in a more effective and healthier way.
