What does a first session with you look like?
You are going to be understood in your main language whether it be Spanish or English and be given the help to have a better relationship with your family while receiving the necessary aid to navigate through your emotions or current triggers. Then, here you will find somebody who won't judge you and will help with your every need.

My strategies include always looking out for your safety while completing necessary assessments.
