Our work together should provide you with the strategies and insights you need to best succeed in your journey. I like to assess your needs based on what your current situation is, and structure treatment recommendations based off of the information you provide me tailored to your needs and goals!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a variety of clinical approaches including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I believe the therapeutic alliance is central to allow true healing and change. I work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults.
