What does a first session with you look like?
We will work together to establish your goals for therapy. Each session I aim to get you one step closer to your goals by creating a space for you to process any current issues as well as learn a new skill each time we meet. All of the sessions are client directed, so mostly, the goal is to get you what you need each appointment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are and to provide a safe space for you to discuss your needs and issues. We will discuss your thoughts and feelings and use them to change your behaviors or the way you view your issues. My hope is to help you understand your current behaviors and to make changes to better the quality of your relationships, your work life and your personal life.
