What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to experience a sense of restored hope, understanding of emotions/feelings and the connection it has to our everyday life and also a better sense of self after working with me.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a strengths perspective, client-centered therapy and motivational interviewing. I sometimes challenge optional homework for reflection and identifying emotions/feelings and collaborate with clients to complete useful worksheets.
