What does a first session with you look like?
During the first session, I would like to get to know more about you and your needs! I am here to listen, support, and offer insight into whatever issues or concerns you are facing. Together we will set goals and throughout our journey, find ways to achieve the goals and adjust them as necessary. I want you to find and learn the skills that work best for you! After every session, I intend that you leave with a greater sense of hope and know you have a supportive ally.

Although I use multiple treatment modalities depending on the individual need and goals, my main approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy.
