The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. Ashley completed her Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and completed her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. Sheutilizes collaborative, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral methods (CBT), mindfulness-based, and solutions-focused approaches to therapy. Ashleyalways maintains creative thinking, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of each unique individual/couple. This means that Ashley tailors your treatment approach to your needs and strengths while being sensitive to your cultural identity and lifestyle choices. Ashley s style is warm and supportive.
