What does a first session with you look like?
After our Intake Session where we will get to know one another better and explore how therapy works, we will find the right technique specific to your needs. I aim to build a therapeutic partnership with my clients so that I can help them overcome situations that they have experienced and/or unhelpful beliefs that they have.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my counseling practice. This method has many different techniques that I love which include Cognitive Restructuring, Guided Discovery and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy among many others.
