What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect to learn adaptive coping skills that will help you to achieve emotional balance in your life and enhance your level of self-awareness. You will be able to process past traumas, identify unhealthy patterns of thinking which will help provide you with the clarity needed to reclaim your life. You will be able to assess the quality of your thoughts and challenge any internal narratives that may have been affecting your self-perception, your perspective of the world around you as well as your relationships.
