What does a first session with you look like?
My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling accepted and understood. Together, we will uncover skills, you may not have known you have and learn new tools to improve your mental health.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I come from an eclectic model including Internal Family systems Theory, Intergenerational Theory, and Attachment theory, and I utilize evidence-based approaches in treatment such as CBT, Solution Focused, Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
