Under Clinical Supervision

Ayrrin Pincus, Licensed Master Social Worker, 4406723100 is practicing under the supervision of Brittany Williams (New Jersey, LCSW, 44SC06025800) at Resilience Lab.

Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training to become supervisors. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases, which means that, when working with them, you are getting the time and expertise of multiple therapists in your treatment.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

As your therapist, I will help you develop emotional skills that can be used to improve communication and relieve mental health problems. We will develop strategies and techniques tailored to your needs so that you can make healthier choices. During our sessions, you will gain insight into your feelings and learn how to express your emotional needs.

What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I thought I wanted to become a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. But in the process, I was required to take a social work class. All it took was that one class and I was hooked- I knew social work was my calling! It was important to me to help as many people as possible, and I knew that social work would enable me to work with people in a wide variety of settings. I am passionate about helping others live happy, balanced lives and achieve their goals.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a clinician, I am uniquely attentive, compassionate, and client-focused. I pay close attention to what my clients report and express during my sessions. This allows me to identify triggers, symptoms, and incongruities between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, which ultimately helps them achieve their goals.

Work History

Throughout my career, I have supported and counseled adults with a variety of mental health challenges, both individually and in family therapy sessions. As a mental health professional, I am most experienced in treating anxiety, depression, anger management issues, and post-traumatic stress disorder. To improve mental health, I help people unlock emotional triggers using the evidence-proven cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I’m now a proud member of the Resilience Lab mental health collective. Resilience Lab is the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health access.
