What does a first session with you look like?
I bring my sense of humor and warm personality to my sessions. I am realistic and non-judgemental. Many of my clients experience a great deal of relief from having a safe, accepting place where they know they will be respected and heard. Together with each client, I work to develop strengths and achieve life goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I see each client as an individual so there is not a “one size fits all” treatment for all clients. With that being said, I am skilled in CBT, attachment theory and EMDR. If you want to know what all of this means, please ask me!
