What does a first session with you look like?
My goal for the therapy sessions for each client is they feel heard, respected, and valued. I want each client to feel comfortable in sessions so that we can work together towards healing and growth. I hope to work together with each client in a way that promotes health, wellness, and improved quality of life for individuals, couples, and families. I strive to provide the best clinical care possible for each client.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I routinely use a variety of treatment modalities in order to meet each individual, couples, and family needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psychoanalytical Therapy.
