What does a first session with you look like?
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help unpack challenges and in exploring coping strategies for improved mental health. I will be your accountability partner while providing a safe and confidential space where together we find solutions to help bring relief and help you thrive. I integrate my experiences with compassion and genuineness, and in assisting my clients work toward an authentic healthy, life and well-being.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My experiences lend to working with families including adolescents, individuals, and couples. Clinically, I incorporate trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral, client-centered, goal-oriented, culturally sensitive, and psycho-educational modalities.
