FIRST INTAKE SESSION: The goal of our first session is to get to know you and gain a deeper understanding of your needs and goals. We will talk about your current life, challenges and history to uncover potential contributing factors. Together, we will set the therapy goals and decide the approaches work best for you. By the end, you will have a good understanding of the direction of your healing. FUTURE SESSIONS: Moving forward, we work towards goals one step at a time, following your pace, by gaining insights, processing feelings, learning new skills and practicing them. We will also discuss your progress and challenges along the way. After each session, you will feel more connected with yourself, and more confident in tackling your challenges.

Sometimes, connecting with spiritual wisdom is only a quest away.
