What does a first session with you look like?

During our sessions clients will be able to take away tools to help deal with daily life stressors. Clients will also be able to be challenged on different perspectives.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

Treatment is not a one size fits all approach. I like to take an integrated approach with treatment. We will collaboratively work together to identify which approaches work best.
