What is your style/approach to therapy?

In my clinical practice, I utilize psychoeducation, mindfulness and psychotherapy (integrated models). I also like to incorporate meditations in my work with clients.

What does a first session with you look like?

I provide my clients with things that, perhaps, they have always needed. A sense of being heard, without judgement and validation. A listening ear, someone who understands and someone who can help. I'm their cheerleader; someone who believes in them and someone who genuinely cares. I believe that they walk away knowing that they have a working partnership with me, as their therapist and that's something that is very important.
