What is your style/approach to therapy?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Client will learn to accept the things they have no control over and change the things they can control. Motivational Interviewing: Reflective listening, open-ended questions to promote dialogue.
