What does a first session with you look like?
I work together with you to identify treatment goals, and we will continually evaluate where progress is needed towards attaining these goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a strength-based, solution-focused therapist. I believe in the autonomy of the individual to determine their own best path(s). I also feel that developing a strong understanding of the familial, environmental, and situational forces that form a person's current outlook is an important step in the work we do together.
