What does a first session with you look like?

After our first session you will leave with a plan. I will help you set short and long term goals to improve balance and mood, and decrease anxiety. You will feel supported, valued, and accepted for your authentic self.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach to mental health is a combination of person centered and solution focused. With person centered I focus on being present with the person. I listen intently so I can genuinely empathize. I use motivational interviewing techniques to help people accomplish goals and work toward a solution.
