What does a first session with you look like?
Supporting adults through life’s challenges and transitions providing the highest quality, compassionate psychiatric care to my patients; creating a comprehensive, evidenced based treatment plan for the best clinical outcomes.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
We use a biopsychosocial approach, which means that psychological and environmental factors are as important as medical aspects when evaluating a condition. We believe in patient-centered treatment where the psychiatrist acts as an advisor/consultant to patients in deciding on what treatment modality to use rather than deciding for them.
