What does a first session with you look like?
I like to start out with what I call "housekeeping" information. Those are the policies and procedures used by Path and myself. I also make sure that the patient understands the limits of confidentiality. Once that is established I then conduct a thorough initial assessment to better understand how the patient has arrived at this stage of their life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Having had various training in many different therapies I am well versed in tailoring a plan to a patient, rather than tailoring a patient to a plan.
