What’s the most profound, insightful, or interesting thing you’ve learned as a mental health professional?

What I've learned in over 20 years of practice is the profound resilience of the human spirit and the drive to live a life worth living.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

Trained as a DBT and CBT therapist is valuable to helping clients approach problems head on and regulate what are intolerable emotions.

In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?

I am the eternal optimist. I have the personality that believes there is always a way and it's never too hard. Using CBT and DBT fits my rational problem solving style to life.
