What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Clients are guided and supported as they work through their unique mental health challenges – and, along the way, shown the life-changing power of therapy.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. I like to meet people where they're at, then help them find their own path through life.

What should we know about your experiences and background?

Brad Rudolph is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 3 years of experience working in a variety of roles to gain a broader understanding of the social issues impacting the communities and the individuals he hopes to help. He will help you work through whatever problems life has thrown at you, regardless of how big or small.
