What does a first session with you look like?
By processing the stressors you're experiencing and the factors in your life which complicate them, you can develop a plan of attack and feel validated in your emotions while doing so. Incorporating cognitive behavioral skills and coping strategies can help address current stressors and past traumas that impact your ability to function in your daily life.
