What is your style/approach to therapy?

I strive to provide treatment from an evidence-based holistic approach. I routinely collaborate with other specialists and is a firm believer in knowledge, educating patients and families about preventive care and treatment options. My goal is to help my patients feel empowered through support, education and a stigma free environment.

What does a first session with you look like?

During the initial session, I will get to know you and you goals through an extensive psychiatric assessment. We will determine treatment goals and formulate an individualized plan of care. We will discuss available treatment options and education on diagnosis.
