I utilize a strengths-based, solution-focused style of counseling incorporating various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. All services are provided with compassion, open-mindedness, and professionalism.

I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to develop insight, increase self-awareness, and find solutions to life's challenges. You can expect to be heard, validated, and gently challenged to overcome any barriers to your success.
