What does a first session with you look like?
Life is full of challenges. Are struggling to take care of yourself, maintain overall health, meet deadlines at work, or deal with financial or relationship issues? I am here to assist you with creating a holistic treatment plan to help you overcome these challenges. We will work together to create an individualized treatment plan using compassion and evidenced-based techniques to decrease the symptoms you are suffering from.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and various coping mechanisms to create a specific plan for my patients.
