What does a first session with you look like?
My approach is individualized, client centered, and strength-based, as I believe clients are the experts of their lives and determine the direction of the therapeutic process. I believe in focusing on the strengths of each person and building from there. My goal is to help people feel empowered to live a happier and more fulfilling life by working through their challenges.

Using Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused and Trauma- Focused approaches, I will help you process your emotions, thoughts, and experiences that prevent you from functioning at your best.
