What does a first session with you look like?
My therapeutic style is to build a therapeutic alliance in a curious and compassionate matter. I try my best to create a safe space where each person can feel comfortable to openly talk about how they feel.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is very client centered and mainly comes from a humanistic and strength based approach. However, I understand that each individual requires different needs in order to feel empowered in their own unique way and so my approach changes to fit everyone's unique perspective.
