We will work to find healthy ways to cope with stress and work on ways to boost confidence and improve relationships. My goal is to guide and empower you through the healing process. My education has afforded me the ability to take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy that supports the growth and development of my clients by examining biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences that can impact your mental health. I am experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms/ PTSD. I utilize several treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more.
